Limited Drops are Final

Defects must be reported properly
Tags on, Send it Back, We roll it forward or Replace it.
Here at Bloom We’re all about limited drops, with that here are the conditions of purchase.

Once a limited -drop piece ships it's yours. No Returns or Exchanges. Please read the sizing chart for every drop as each drop could contain different measurements due to material used.

Defects Only

If your item arrives ripped, misprinted or fundamentally flawed please report this to bloomtactic@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
When sending the report we ask for two things

Attach pictures of the defect

If damaged and you paid for package protection please take a picture of the packaging as well.,

Failure to do this may result in your return request being declined
Condition. You must return the item in the condition you received it in. Tags attached, No Signs of Wear, Unwashed & back in Original Packaging.

Return Window
Notify us within 14 Days of Delivery and ship it back within 7 days of our return authorization.

Refund or Replacement
If approved, you will receive a replacement of the collection purchased, if we are unable to replace the item, you will receive store credit valued at the product's price.

Example - if a Shirt is $30 and we are unable to replace it, you will receive a $30 credit to use on future collections.

We Reserve The Right
If it doesn't meet the return criteria , or is not returned within the designated time , we may deny the return & send the item back at your cost.

Policy Updates
We can revise this policy at any time, If it changes anyone subscribed to information update will receive an email update. When you issue your return, the current policy is the policy that will be utilized at the time of claim.
